The 2015 Roy Ray Speaker
Antonia has been invited to be the 2015 Roy Ray Speaker at Centre College in Danville, Kentucky. She will give a lecture entitled, “The End of Oil.”
Black Tide Lecture
Antonia will conduct a lecture and discussion via skype of her book, BLACK TIDE, and the latest developments in the BP Gulf oil spill for political anthropology students at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, the flagship campus of the UH system.

This is a community event to discuss the dangerous crude by rail project proposed by Valero in Benicia, how it affects the Bay Area and the entire state, and ways to organize to fight it.
