ASLE is the leading scholarly organization for environmental humanities, with about 1,500 members coming from 30 different countries, and international affiliates in the UK, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Canada, New Zealand, India, and continental Europe. In conjunction with Oxford University Press, it publishs the quarterly journal ISLE: Interdisciplinary Studies in Literature and the Environment.
Juhasz is a plenary speaker.
