Antonia discusses former BP CEO Tony Hayward’s return to the oil industry. Hayward is set to become CEO of Genel Energy, a Turkish oil and gas company with massive holdings in Iraq. Hayward orchestrated the deal that will give him his CEO-life back. Vallares, the investment vehicle that Hayward co-founded in June, has acquired Genel for approximately $2 billion. The deal (if given government approval) alone will personally yield Hayward about $24 million.
